Over the past 25 years, he has visited various food sources across Taiwan, respecting the essence of ingredients and adhering to the natural health principles of the four seasons. He transforms traditional Taiwanese ingredients into surprising European cuisine. His calling is to showcase Taiwan's brilliance to the world through food.
“Rural Flavor” European Restaurant serves authentic French cuisine that respects the original flavors of Taiwanese local ingredients. Through continuous exploration and experimentation, Chef Chang integrates cooking with nature, which he believes is the best way to protect the land.
