Fusen Purifying Ecological Wellness Achieves Green Restaurant Certification
To implement the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Fusen Purifying Ecological Wellness Village has been committed to promoting green restaurant standards in the park’s restaurants starting this year. With the dedicated efforts of the dining team, from designing plant-based menus, using friendly local ingredients from Yilan, incorporating seasonal fruits and vegetables from the park, to integrating the dietary and health concepts from the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon, we have launched the "Five Elements Plant-based Health Menu" to ensure both environmental friendliness and healthy eating for consumers. The park's Western restaurant, Chinese restaurant, and cafe have recently received Green Restaurant certification and proudly display the Green Food Declaration flag.
