Weare excited to be hosting the US-based Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT)'s
3D2N Forest Bathing Discovery Retreat! In this retreat, you can experience these gentle,
healing and heart-centering nature experiences on our beautiful grounds, and gain some
understanding about relational forest therapy (the approach of forest therapy pioneered by the
ANFT). Clue: they are not hikes or typical nature walks! The retreat is open to everyone.
International facilitation team:
ANFT's trainers Amanda (from Hong Kong) and Youmin (from Singapore), and assisted by
ANFT guide Juna (from Taiwan)
The retreat is conducted in English, but the facilitation team will be able to communicate in
Mandarin as well.
